Peshawar: The court rejected the request of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf to have the elections in KP under judicial supervision.
A 2-member bench consisting of Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Muhammad Ibrahim Khan and Justice Shakeel Ahmed dismissed PTI’s request to conduct the election under the supervision of the judiciary.
The bench heard the case on December 18 and reserved the verdict, which was issued today by Justice Shakeel Ahmed.
It should be noted that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf requested that the elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa be supervised by the judiciary.
