Sindh government’s decision to establish medical camps in different areas on polling day
All polling stations in 6 districts of Karachi were declared sensitive or highly sensitive.
In Malir, 383 out of 562 polling stations were declared sensitive and 179 highly sensitive, in Korangi 582 out of 752 polling stations were declared highly sensitive and the rest were sensitive, while all 676 polling stations in West District were declared highly sensitive.
Central district has 655 sensitive and 600 highly sensitive polling stations, Eastern has 128 normal, 311 sensitive and 471 highly sensitive polling stations, Kemari has 251 and South has 279 highly sensitive polling stations.
The Sindh government also decided to set up medical camps in different areas on the polling day. Medical camps with doctors, para-medical staff and ambulances will be set up in different areas to deal with emergency situations
On the instructions of the Election Commission, the Sindh government issued instructions to Rescue 1122 and the concerned authorities.
