Karachi: Shab Miraj is being celebrated with religious devotion and respect across the country.
Like every year, this year too, the children of Islam are celebrating Shab Miraj with religious enthusiasm and devotion, special gatherings have been organized in mosques to pay Nawafal, while Durood and Salam celebrations have been organized.
The security arrangements are very tight on this occasion, while lamps have been lit up in the mosques and lessons have also been arranged.
Muslims are also praying to Allah Almighty for the security, prosperity and development of Pakistan.
On the 27th night of the month of Rajab, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was granted the honor of Ascension. He led the prayer.
Then he was taken to meet Allah in the heavens, where the Holy Prophet was shown heaven and hell. He (peace be upon him) was also met with different Prophets. The greatest gift of Miraj-ul-Nabi (peace be upon him) to the Muslim Ummah is prayer.
