The first Karachi Port Trust (KPT) Karachi Open Chess Championship has started, with players from across the country participating.
The chess board was extinguished in Karachi, chess players from all over the country became a part of the event, chess players showed their intelligence in KPT Sports Complex, the passion of chess players for this game was visible.
Earlier, the opening ceremony of the event was also held in a grand manner, the organizers say that the best players from this championship will be part of the international event in the future.
The championship features 200 players from across the country, the final of the event will be played on January 21.
