Karachi: The footage of looting in a mobile phone shop in Gulshan Mimar went viral on social media.

The said incident took place on the night of January 13 this month around nine o’clock and during this time, vehicles were seen passing along the road. It can be seen in the video that the 2 robbers looted the mobile phones of huge value and ran away with great satisfaction and boldness.

During the incident, the staff in the shop watched helplessly as their valuable mobile phones were hanging. He was seen hanging a bag on his back and wearing a woolen cap on his head.

The two robbers initially entered the shop as customers and while looking at their mobile phones, the shop staff got scared when the woolen cap-wearing robber pulled out a weapon and loaded it.

Meanwhile, his other accomplice, who was wearing khaki pants with a black jacket, also took out his weapon and asked the shopkeeper to keep the mobile phones on the counter in the shopping bag, while his accomplice took the mobile of his choice from the shop. He kept filling the phone cases in the bag and in a few minutes fled from the shop after stealing mobile phones worth lakhs of rupees.

Despite alleged police encounters on a daily basis in the city, street crime has not been brought under the control of the police. Citizens are neither safe on the roads nor safe in homes, shops and red zone recreational areas.

Bandits loot whenever and wherever they want and even kill and injure citizens on resistance, police officers are playing Chinese flutes and citizens and shopkeepers are losing their valuables to bandits on a daily basis. .
