Strict action will be taken against officials who violate the law, Islamabad Police
Islamabad: 5 officers of Islamabad Police, including SHO Margalla, have been suspended until further notice for raiding the house of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman.
According to the spokesperson of Islamabad Capital Police, an inquiry was conducted after the local police went to the house of Barrister Gohar, in which it was revealed that on Saturday afternoon, on the information of an informer, the police raided a house in F7 in search of the accused accused. But it was found that the said house belongs to Barrister Gauhar. On learning this, the police immediately returned.
ICCPO Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan appointed DPO City as an inquiry officer and issued orders to submit a detailed report within 3 days, after which 5 officers including SHO Margalla were temporarily suspended.
Islamabad Police says that the matter is being investigated and strict action will be taken against the officials who violated the law.
