After targeting Shah Khalid in the car, the accused escaped
Peshawar: The local leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf was shot dead by unknown persons.
According to police, unknown motorcyclists opened fire on a vehicle in Swabi Adda, in which PTI’s local leader Shah Khalid was killed.
The unknown accused on a motorcycle escaped after the firing.

As soon as the information was received, the police team reached the spot and collected the evidence and shifted the body to the hospital. Police have started investigation into the incident.
It should be noted that three people, including a provincial assembly candidate, were killed in the firing by unknown persons in Tapi village of Miranshah area of North Waziristan in Pakhtunkhwa.

Meanwhile, a murderous attack took place on Mir Aslam Bilidi, a former provincial minister, senator and PML-N candidate for the upcoming general elections in Kech area of Balochistan, in which he was injured.
