Karachi: The Sindh High Court accepted the petition of PTI leader Alamgir Khan from Constituency NA 236 against the decision of the Appellate Tribunal.
A two-member bench headed by Chief Justice Sindh High Court Justice Aqeel Ahmad Abbasi heard the petition of PTI leader Alamgir Khan from constituency NA 236 against the decision of the Appellate Tribunal.
The court accepted the petition of PTI leader Alamgir Khan and allowed him to participate in the election from constituency NA-236, annulling the decision of the Election Tribunal.
The Appellate Tribunal rejected Alamgir’s appeal, after which the Returning Officer had rejected Alamgir Khan’s nomination papers.
