Lahore: Once again the crackdown has started against 282 advertisers of Nomai

Lahore: The police once again launched a crackdown to arrest the 282 advertisers who were not arrested on May 9.

According to Express News, a crackdown has been launched once again against the advertisement and other suspects of May 9 tragedy, the operations and investigation wing teams of Lahore Police have been assigned the task.

According to the police, 14 cases of terrorism and 49 cases were registered under other serious provisions in Lahore on May 9 incidents. 741 accused were judicially placed in the jails while 318 accused were kept in Hawalat judicial custody in other cases.

According to the police, all the remaining accused are on bail or have been discharged from the cases. Lahore Police has started a crackdown against the accused who have not been arrested in these cases.

According to the officials of Lahore Police, the arrest of 382 more suspects is required in the investigation so far and raids are being conducted to arrest them.
