Karachi: 4 people including a woman were killed and 4 more people were injured in traffic accidents in different areas of the city.
According to Express News, a woman died in a traffic accident near the 100-bed hospital in Steel Town area. Volunteers shifted the body to Jinnah Hospital, identified as 50-year-old Rashida Bibi. Died on impact.
The second traffic accident took place near Nagan Chowrangi flyover in Bafrooz where a 40-year-old motorcyclist Noor Ali died after being hit by a dumper near Al Habib Restaurant. He was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
A person died in a traffic accident near the post office in Site A area of Karachi and the body was taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital by an ambulance. While the deceased citizen could not be identified immediately, his age is said to be around 35 years.
According to the police, one person was killed and another injured in a traffic accident near Weta Chowrangi area of Korangi Industrial Area. 30-year-old Sufyan was riding a motorcycle.
Meanwhile, as a result of a collision between a trailer, a car and a Suzuki on the Hub River Road, 3 people including Samad and Bashir were injured and they were shifted to Civil Hospital for immediate medical assistance.
