An independent candidate of PK-19 was seriously injured and his partner was killed in the firing in Bajaur.
According to Express News, unknown persons opened fire on the vehicle of Syed Rahim Shah alias Sabaon, candidate for PK-19 Mamond, in the limits of Navgai Tehsil of Bajaur. As a result, Sabaon was killed and his colleague Haleem Shah was injured.
After the firing, the unknown persons escaped easily, the body and the injured were shifted to the hospital, the police started investigating the incident.
