Lahore: An objection was filed on the nomination papers of PTI founder Imran Khan from Lahore.
In connection with the general elections 2024, objections have also been filed against the nomination papers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan after Chairman People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
Pakistan Muslim League-N candidate Mian Naseer reached the Returning Officer’s office to file an objection on the nomination papers of former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Former Member of Provincial Assembly Mian Naseer Ahmad says that Imran Khan is a convicted person, so he is not eligible to participate in the elections.
It should be noted that an objection has been filed against the nomination papers of Chairman People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari from Lahore, in which citizen Muhammad Ayaz has said that Bilawal Bhutto has shown commitment to Pakistan People’s Party parliamentarians in his nomination papers. People’s Party is the chairman and both parties are separate parties and their election symbols are different.
