Entry test in Islamabad under Al-Khidmat Banu Qual programme, participation of thousands of students

Lahore: After Karachi and Lahore, the first entry test was conducted in Islamabad, the federal capital, as part of the Banu Qual program of Al-Khidmat Foundation Pakistan.

Thousands of young students participated in the test. Free IT courses will be conducted in 10 skill development centers for boys and girls who pass the entry test.

Former Member of National Assembly and Deputy Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Mian Mohammad Aslam, HEC Consultant Dr. Afaq Hussain, District President Hamid Athar Malik, Director Banu Qabil Islamabad Altaf Sher, Amir Jamaat-e-Islami District Islamabad Nasrullah Randhawa and Senior Manager Media Relations were present at the mega event. Al-Khidmat Shoaib Hashmi and other officials of Al-Khidmat, academicians, intellectuals participated.

Mian Aslam said on this occasion that Al-Khidmat Foundation has taken a revolutionary step through Banu Qaib program and I am sure that soon through this program the youth will not only be able to lift their families out of poverty but also help the country. They will also perform national service by earning foreign exchange.

District President Hamid Athar Malik said that youth are 70 percent of Pakistan’s population. Millions of youth are looking for their better future and jobs. Al-Khidmat Banu Qual is trying to make these youth stand on their own feet through the program. Al-Khidmat Foundation’s effort is to make Pakistani youth become job-givers instead of looking for jobs.

Altaf Sher, director of Banu Qabil Islamabad, said that only in Islamabad, 12,000 young people registered themselves for free courses including IT and vocational. Initially, under this program, youth are being given courses in e-commerce, digital marketing, cyber security, graphic and motion design and other skills.

HEC consultant Dr. Afaq said on this occasion that earning money is very important for living, but ethics should never be neglected. This is not only the service of the youth, but the service of the entire country and nation. On this occasion, the youth participating in the test thanked Al-Khidmat and vowed that they will continue to strive to serve humanity along with the support of their families.
