Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan has received more than 655.4 million rupees in nomination papers for the general elections 2024.
According to the details, the Election Commission of Pakistan has released the details of the nomination papers and the fee received for the same.
According to the announcement, the Election Commission received a fee of 655.470 thousand rupees for nomination papers. Out of this, 8312 nomination papers for the National Assembly seats received 24 crores 93 lakhs 90 thousand rupees as nomination fees.
According to the announcement, 7713 nomination papers for the general seats of the National Assembly received Rs. 23 crore 13 lakh 90 thousand rupees, 459 nomination papers for women’s specific seats received Rs. 1 crore 37 lakh 70 thousand rupees.
140 nomination papers for minority seats in the National Assembly received Rs 45 lakh as nomination fees.
Similarly, 20,304 nomination papers for the seats of the provincial assembly received Rs.40,60,80,000 as nomination fees. According to the announcement, 18,546 nomination papers for the general seats of the provincial assembly received 37,920,000 rupees as nomination fees.
According to the Election Commission, 1,365 nomination papers for seats reserved for women in the Provincial Assembly received Rs. 2,73,000,000 and Rs. 7,860,000 for the nomination fees of 393 minority seats.
