A large number of elderly women and children of Masih Bari participate in the prayer ceremonies. Entry of non-related persons into the churches is prohibited.
On the occasion of Christmas, the churches are beautifully decorated with electric lanterns. In the morning, prayer ceremonies and worship services have been organized in the churches.
The Archbishop gave a message of peace and security to the whole world, including Pakistan, to the participants of the Christmas gathering.
In the prayer ceremonies, the pledge was reiterated that the teachings of love and brotherhood taught by Jesus will be spread everywhere. A special prayer was also offered for the security and development of Pakistan in the ceremony.
Special security arrangements have been made by the police for the Christmas celebrations and rituals. Thousands of police officers and jawans have been deployed for day-long celebrations and security of churches. Rangers personnel have also been assigned to the security of the churches.
