Peshawar: PTI leader Barrister Gauhar has said that we are saddened by the decision of the Election Commission, we have a plan B.
Tehreek-e-Insaaf has announced to approach the Peshawar High Court and the Supreme Court against the decision of the Election Commission of Pakistan regarding the PTI intra-party election.

Talking to Express News, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf leader Barrister Gohar said that the Election Commission’s decision is very weak. This is an urgent matter, for which we will go to court. He said that we are saddened by this decision. We also have a plan B.
He further said that we have instructed our candidates to submit their nomination papers to participate in the general elections.
It should be noted that the reserved decision of the Election Commission of Pakistan was announced yesterday, in which it is said that PTI did not conduct its elections in accordance with the party constitution, the bat symbol has been withdrawn from PTI. . It has been stated in the judgment that a 5-member bench headed by the Chief Election Commissioner heard the petitions filed against the PTI intra-party elections and declared the PTI intra-party election null and void.
