The Pakistan Bar Council, the Supreme Court Bar and the Sindh High Court Bar expressed their reservations on the Election Commission of Pakistan and raised objections to the constituencies.
In the statement issued by the Pakistan Bar Council, expressing concerns over the electoral procedure, constituencies and seat distribution, it raised questions and also demanded to provide equal opportunities to all political parties.
In a statement, the Pakistan Bar Council said that there is a growing perception that the current Election Commission cannot hold transparent elections, the behavior of the Election Commission is raising serious doubts about the integrity of the elections.

It has been said in the declaration that the Supreme Court of Pakistan, instead of validating every action of the Election Commission, should look at the contradictions and take notice of them.
The Supreme Court Bar Association also announced to convene an All-Pakistan Representative Convention on the current situation while demanding a level playing field for all political parties. The declaration said that general elections should be free and transparent.
