Lahore: The rate of fine has been set at 2 thousand rupees for 4 violations of traffic rules while stricting the restrictions of traffic rules and prevention of smog across Punjab.
SSP Traffic HQ Punjab has issued notification for execution on behalf of Additional IG Traffic Punjab.
A fine of Rs 2,000 will be imposed on vehicles emitting smoke across Punjab. Drivers of wrongly and NO parked vehicles will also be fined Rs.2000.
The rate of fine for one-way violation and driving without a driving license has also been fixed at two thousand rupees.
It has been clarified in the notification that the rate of these fines has already been implemented in Lahore and now it is being implemented across Punjab.
In the context of the decision of the Lahore High Court, in case of violation of these four traffic laws, a fine of two thousand rupees per violation has been imposed, which will be implemented.
