Google joins hands with the Israeli army, employees become all-out protest

SAN FRANCISCO: Google has joined hands with the Israeli army, over a billion dollar contract, the employees turned into a protest.

According to details, hundreds of people, including Google workers, protested against the tech company’s plan with Israel outside Google’s offices in the American city of San Francisco on Thursday.

Google has signed a $1.2 billion deal with Israel, under which Google will provide cloud services to the Israeli military and government. Google employees, along with other protesters, staged a strong protest against the company’s Nimbus project in front of the Google offices in San Francisco.

Protesters specifically protested and called for the withdrawal of the contract for Mai Obeid, a software engineer who was martyred in Gaza. She was part of the Up Accelerator program. He was martyred along with his entire family in the attack on Gaza on October 31.

On the other hand, in Amman, the capital of Jordan, after Friday prayers, a large number of citizens participated in a protest demonstration against Israeli atrocities on Gaza.
