Rawalpindi: The police recovered the kidnapped citizen for a ransom of Rs 25 crore and arrested 4 accused.
A citizen was abducted from a private housing society in the Rawat police station area of Rawalpindi for a ransom of Rs 25 crore, while the family of the citizen, who deals in property, had also paid a ransom of Rs 15 crore to the abductors. The police recovered the hostage and arrested 4 suspects.
