Vitamin B12 deficiency and its symptoms

Vitamin B12 is one of the most important vitamins for human body functions. It is also responsible for distributing oxygen in the body. If vitamin B12 is low, the organs and tissues do not get the oxygen they need to function properly and this leads to anemia.
