In winter, we must consume food products that can provide heat and energy to our body.
Along with this, we must also use nutritious accessories, which we cannot consume in summer due to the hot effect.
Foremost among such things is fish, which most of the population of our country really concentrates on during the winter season, and it should be so.
That is because the ingredients in fish not only protect our body from many diseases, but also provide us with the required energy and strength to live. That’s why we have mentioned below some regional flavors of fish, by using which you can not only arrange nutrition, but also enjoy its different flavors.
First of all we will talk about ‘Silverfish Kadhi’, which you will definitely find different from the flavors we have, the order of ingredients to be added to it will be something like this:
Gray Fish (Half Kg)
Lemon juice (three tablespoons)
Tamarind juice (three tablespoons)
Assorted vegetables steamed (one cup)
Peel the tomatoes (five pieces).
Fish sauce (three tablespoons)
salt (to taste)
After all these ingredients, now we come to its preparation. First of all, after cleaning the fish well, mix turmeric and salt and keep it for an hour, then wash it with water and dry it, then heat oil in a pan and crush the peeled tomatoes, lemon. And add tamarind juice, salt and fish sauce.
After that keep it on low flame and now put the fish carcasses in this mixture and cover the kadai and let the fish cook in steam. When the fish is cooked, stir the boiled vegetables without stirring with a spoon and eat with boiled rice.
Regarding the fish itself, our second dish is ‘Thai Fish’ for which the required ingredients are as follows:
Gray Fish (Half Kg)
Castor sugar (two tablespoons)
Soy sauce (four tablespoons)
Tamarind juice (four tablespoons)
Chop lemongrass (four tablespoons)
Diced Onion (Half Cup)
Chili Sauce (half cup)
Chili oil (one teaspoon)
Minced garlic (three tablespoons)
Grated ginger (one tablespoon)
After arranging these ingredients, now we tell you to prepare it, first take the boneless fish and boil a small portion of it to make yakhni, crush at least one cup of boiled fish. Add it to the ice cream.
When the mixture is cool, blend all the ingredients (except garlic, onion and lemongrass) in a blender and transfer the mixture to a bowl. After that, heat three to four tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry garlic in it, then add salt to taste and fry it.
After two minutes, add the fish pieces and diced onion and steam it on low flame for two to four minutes. If the fish is cooked, turn the heat up a little without stirring, so that the excess water dries up. After two minutes turn off the stove, add lemon grass and cover the kadai, then serve with steamed rice.
Prawns are also considered a type of fish. Many people avoid eating it, while a large number of people enjoy it. So for such people, we have also included a recipe for healthy prawns, the ingredients of which include:
