Caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki called for a report on the incident
A powerful bomb blast took place in Khuzdar city of Balochistan in which a Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) officer was martyred.
According to police sources, the blast took place in Sultan Ibrahim Chowk area. The official who was martyred in the incident was identified as CTD SHO Murad Bakhsh Jamot.
As soon as the incident was reported, a heavy contingent of Levies Force surrounded the area and started searching for the persons involved.
Caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki called for a report on the incident. He paid tribute to the martyred police officer Murad Jamot and expressed his condolences to the heirs.
He said that the involved elements should be arrested and brought to justice, the incident should be investigated and an immediate report should be submitted.
