The textile industry was badly affected due to the power breakdown across the country. According to All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTAMA), the textile sector lost 7 crore dollars in a day due to the power breakdown.
The spokesperson said that if the electricity situation is brought under control soon, the textile sector will lose billions of dollars.
It should be noted that there was a power breakdown in the country at 7:30 in the morning and even after 12 hours, the power could not be restored across the country and people are facing severe problems due to the long breakdown.
